Oak Grove
Unincorporated Clackamas County
Between Milwaukie and Gladstone along the Willamette. All eight sit on SE View Acres Road — the six-cottage James Court cluster plus a rehab and an ADU.
Where we build
Twenty-three homes across seven streets, nearly all of them within a short drive of each other. That isn't a limitation — it's how a superintendent reaches three job sites before lunch and still answers the phone.
The corridor
The Columbia is the line. We work the Oregon side hardest — that's where every home we've built so far sits — and we'll cross it for the right piece of ground.
Building now
Almost every TwinLine home standing or under construction today sits inside Clackamas County or on the southeast edge of Portland. We didn't spread out — we went deep on a few streets.

Clackamas County
Its own city, immediately south of Portland. Our work here is spread over Risley, Laurel and Stanley — cottages, townhomes and rehabs rather than one large site.
Clackamas County
Three townhomes on SE 70th Avenue, a few minutes east of the Milwaukie work and on the same trade rotation.
SE 145th Ct · Cascade Locks
One new build working through permitting in southeast Portland, and one finished and sold out in Cascade Locks — the furthest east we've built so far.
Where we'll look
Our crews are based in the metro, so that's where we move fastest. But we'll drive for a parcel worth driving for — north across the river into Clark County, and east through the Gorge.
We've already built and sold a home in Cascade Locks. If you're holding ground anywhere along the corridor, send it over before you assume it's too far.
Send us four things
No minimum, no maximum, no complicated intake. Single infill lots through small parcels. If you have surveys, permits or plans, attach them — but don't wait on it.
Next
Tell us the neighborhood and we'll tell you what we have coming there. If we don't have anything yet, we'll start looking.
