Partners & standards

Built Differently.
On Purpose.

Nothing here is random. Every partner, material, finish and detail in a TwinLine home is chosen for a reason.

Realty One Group · brokerage Lawyers Title · title & escrow Five finishes, every home

We work with people we trust, products we believe in, and materials that meet the standard we expect in every home we build. From the things you notice immediately to the things hidden behind the walls, every decision is made with quality, function and long-term value in mind.

01 · Who we work with

Two names,
not twenty.

These are the two companies we put our buyers in front of. If you're touring a TwinLine home or signing for one, you'll deal with both.

Real estate brokerage

Realty One Group

Our listing brokerage. When a TwinLine home is ready to sell, it goes to market through Realty One Group — which means the person showing you the house has walked it during construction, not just read the flyer in the driveway.

Title insurance & escrow

Lawyers Title

Title and escrow is the quiet machinery of a real estate transaction — proving the land is ours to sell, insuring that it is, and holding the money until every condition is met.

On a cottage cluster that matters more than usual. When a parcel is divided so each home can be owned individually, somebody has to make sure the new lot lines, easements and access are recorded correctly. That's the difference between a clean closing and a problem that surfaces years later when you go to sell.

  • Title search and examination
  • Title insurance for you and your lender
  • Escrow and settlement
  • Recording with the county

02 · What goes in

The same five things,
in every home.

Not an upgrade tier. Not a finish package that costs extra. These are simply what a TwinLine home is made of, whether it's the 786-square-foot cottage or the 1,436-square-foot rehab.

01

Wood flooring

Underfoot in the living space, not carpet with a wood border. It wears in rather than out.

02

Quartz counters

Non-porous, no sealing schedule, no laminate edge waiting to lift at the sink.

03

KitchenAid appliances

A named brand with a real service network, so a warranty call in year three reaches someone who answers.

04

Custom cabinetry

Built for the room it goes in. In a compact floor plan that's the difference between storage and wasted inches.

05

Cascade windows

A Pacific Northwest manufacturer, building for Pacific Northwest weather — and close enough that a replacement sash isn't a six-week wait.

03 · What's behind the walls

The decisions you
can't inspect.

Anyone can judge a countertop at a showing. Nobody can judge what's behind the drywall — which is why we photograph framing, rough-in and insulation on every build, and why the written standards we hold ourselves to are published rather than handed over at closing.

On the record

  • Framing, rough-in and insulation photographed before drywall
  • Written tolerances published, down to crack width
  • One-year limited warranty on workmanship and materials
  • Applicable 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty coverage

Ask us which trades worked on the house you're standing in. We'll tell you.

Why the list is short

A partner page is
usually an ad.

01

Nobody paid to be here

These two are listed because we work with them on real transactions, not because they bought a tile. If that ever changes, we'll say so on this page rather than quietly add a logo.

02

It goes both ways

A partnership that only appears on one website isn't one. We expect to show up on their sites the same way they show up on ours.

03

You can pick your own

Nothing here obligates you. Bring your own agent, lender or inspector and we'll work with them. Buyers should choose the people representing them.

04

Trades are a different list

The framers, plumbers, electricians and finish carpenters who build our homes aren't on this page. They're not selling you anything — but ask, and we'll tell you exactly who worked on the house.

Ready to see one
in person?

Tell us which home and we'll connect you with the right person to show it. If you already have an agent, bring them — that's what they're for.
